Methodology & Specialties

I use a mix of different therapy techniques that I adjust to fit what works best for you. My goal is to make sure you feel supported in a way that’s personal to your needs. Everyone’s journey is different, so we’ll work together to tackle what’s on your mind and help you grow and feel better.

Anxiety
